- Call the seller directly to confirm product availability and delivery terms

- Pay cash to the seller only after verifying the product condition
Never send money in advance - only pay when you physically receive and verify the product.
2. How do I arrange delivery?
Delivery process steps:
- Call the seller using the contact number on the product page
- Provide clear delivery address with landmarks if possible
- Agree on delivery time (typically within 24 hours of confirmation)
- Be available to receive and inspect the product
3. What if the product isn't as described?
If the delivered product doesn't match the description:
- Do not complete payment to the seller
- Contact the seller immediately to resolve the issue
- Report to Ugatrade support if unresolved within 24 hours
- We will mediate and help find a fair resolution
